Reservations are required. We do not stop at pickup locations if we do not have reservations scheduled at the location. But we may drop off.
We recommend that you make your reservation at least 24 hours prior to travel or as soon as you know your travel plans. Reservations are required - we only stop at our pickup locations for which we have scheduled reservations.

Government issued Photo ID is required to board the shuttle van. The name should match the credit card used for payment. Any parents traveling with children are encouraged to carry birth certificates or US passport.
How early should I be at my pickup location? We ask that you be at your pickup location 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. We have to load and unload to accommodate all passengers with their luggage. We do not have enough time to wait if you are not ready. This will helps us to stay on schedule.
Yes, but sometimes due to many variables (i.e. weather, traffic, etc.), we are unable to determine the actual travel time to / from the airport. We suggest you follow the airline guidelines that recommend arriving two hours early for a domestic flight and three hours early for an international flight. We also recommend that you double your normal travel time and arrive early, because we cannot be responsible for any missed flights.
Each passenger is allowed two pieces of luggage and a carry-on. Additional pieces are allowed subject to space availability and are subject to additional fees of $5.00 per piece. You may also want to check the luggage policy of the airline you are flying. Some airlines now charge additional fees if you have more than one checked piece of luggage.
We do not provide car seats. You are encouraged to bring your personal car seat for children under 3yrs old. Due to space availability in the vehicles, please notify us that you will be bringing a car seat at the time you book your reservation.
We regret that our driver will not be able to wait for you and no money will be refunded. If you know you will miss a pickup, please contact our office and speak to a customer representative two hours prior your departure. You will be issued a confirmation number and your money will be refunded.
